HOMEY SEAFOOD CHOWDER

Let's keep it simple.

January and February can feel cold and dreary, so what better way to beat the blues than a creamy, yummy, hardy, homey chowder.

6 Potatoes Cubed

1 Cup Celery

1 Cup Corn

1 Cup Peas

1 Cup Parsley Chopped

1 Cup white Onion

1 Cup Prawns

2 TBSP Fish Sauce

2 Squeezed Lemons

1 TBSP Cumin

1 TSP Smoked Paprika

1TBSP Butter

1/2 TSP Rosemary

1/2 TSP Salt

3 Cups Whipped Cream


Simmer Potatoes in cream, when potatoes are forkable, throw the rest of your ingredients in there, simmer for 20 mins... wullah. Best hug in a bowl you'll have all year.
